Autrian Empire Navy Novara Rum

The Novara Expedition (1857–1859) by the Imperial Navy, supported by the government and Archduke Ferdinand Maximilian, traveled across the Atlantic, Pacific, and Indian Oceans. It visited the coasts of Venezuela, Mauritius, and Indonesia, discovering exotic aromas and scents. Novara Rum, a blend of rums aged 8 to 15 years in various countries, offers notes of exotic fruits, woody undertones, and seductive aromas—a reflection of the exotic regions of the three oceans.

Avril Amaretto Liqueur

Distillerie Mariana was founded in 2014 in Louiseville, Quebec, to harness the region's botany for crafting high-quality spirits. The name Mariana (Latin for black spruce) symbolizes the surrounding boreal forest. This delicious almond and walnut liqueur delights with its velvety texture and sweet, rich flavor. It combines maple syrup with almonds, walnuts, and fine spices. On the nose, it's sweet and nutty with hints of marzipan and coconut. On the palate, it's soft with almond, vanilla, and subtle coffee roast notes.
